https://directitonline.com ("the website", "our website") is a site operated by Direct I.T Services ("we", "Direct I.T Services", "us").

These are the terms of use ("terms") for your entire use with the site https://directitonline.com known collectively as "the service", "our service" or "services" offered by Direct I.T Services. References "you", "your", "user" and the like refers to you the person accessing our service. You agree to these terms when visiting or using the website.

Direct I.T Services reserves the right to alter, add and subtract from these terms and conditions at any time. These online terms and conditions replace any previously agreed and it is the responsibility of the user to make themselves aware of the latest terms and conditions.

The service is not for use by any minors (defined as those who are not at least 18 years of age), and you must not use the service if you a minor.

Abusing directitonline.com
We use best endeavours to keep the service working properly. Please report problems, offensive content and policy breaches to us by emailing us at support@directitonline.com.

We may issue warnings, limit or terminate service, remove hosted content and take technical and legal steps to keep users off the website, if we think users are creating problems or not acting in accordance to our policies. However, we do not accept any liability for monitoring or for unauthorised or unlawful content on the website or use of our services by users.

Direct I.T Services reserves the right to refuse the service to anyone. This includes the right to disable or terminate your service on the violation of these Terms or at our absolute discretion that our service has been abused or used inappropriately.

In no event shall Direct I.T Services, nor any of its officers, directors and employees, be liable to you for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our service, whether such liability is under contract, tort or otherwise, and Direct I.T Services, including its officers, directors and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this Website.

The service and our website are provided "as is" and "as available". Your use of the service and undertaking any advice remedy from other users is at your sole risk.

If Direct I.T Services is found to be liable, our liability to you or any third party (whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability in tort, by statute or otherwise) is limited to the greater of (a) the total payments you pay to us in the 12 months prior to the action giving rise to liability, and (b) 50 Australian Dollars.

User Content
In these terms, "Your Content" shall mean any audio, video, text, images or other material you choose to display on this Website. With respect to your content, by displaying it, you grant Direct I.T Services a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free, sub-licensable license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate and distribute it in any and all media.

Your content must be your own and must not be infringing on any third party's rights. Direct I.T Services reserves the right to remove any of your content from the service at any time, and for any reason, without notice.

We do not review your content or posts and are not involved in the actual transactions between users. As most of the content on directitonline.com comes from other users, we do not guarantee the accuracy of any support or user communications or the quality, safety, or legality of advice or information and services on offer.

In no event do we accept any liability for the posting of any unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene or indecent information, or material of any kind which violates or infringes upon the rights of any other person, including without limitation any transmissions that encourage or represent conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any applicable law.

Indemnification
You hereby indemnify to the fullest extent Direct I.T Services from and against any and all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way related to your breach of any of the provisions of these terms.

Earning Tokens and Payments
Tokens are represented as a payment for technical support or advice and are quoted in Australian dollars. Token dollar values and the number of Tokens used for support may change from time to time. Any changes to our Tokens will be posted on the website. Fees may change temporarily for promotional events or new services and these changes become effective once the promotional event or new service is announced. By paying for Tokens fees you are deemed to have read and accepted all of these terms. Token payments are non-refundable.

Tokens are earned by users for providing remedies or advice to other users via support tickets. Once satisfactory resolved the user accepts the Token payment to complete the support ticket transaction. The user is responsible for weather they accept to pay the Token payment. It is solely at the user's discretion if Token payments are given or accepted.

Where Direct I.T Services engages in dispute resolution for Token payments issues that may arise our decision is final and both parties must accept any outcomes we decide.

Payment awarded to users are calculated within the users account and paid to the users PayPal account on the 1st day of the calendar month. Any fee's relating to PayPal are the responsibility of the user and their agreement with PayPal website address https://paypal.com.au.

Users are responsible for ensuring the information given to us is up to date and correct. Direct I.T Services is to responsible for faults in information provided to Direct I.T Services.

Personal information
By using the service, you agree to the collection, transfer, storage and use of your personal information by Direct I.T Services on servers located in the USA as described in our Privacy Policy at https://directitonline.com/privacy. You also agree to receive marketing communications from us unless you tell us otherwise. Please email us at support@directitonline.com if you so not wish to receive marketing communications from us.

Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed in all respects by the laws of Victoria, Australia. All involved parties are to irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.

Resolution of disputes
Should a dispute arise between you and Direct I.T Services, we strongly encourage you to contact us directly to seek a resolution by emailing us at support@directitonline.com. Any reasonable requests will be considered and we will attempt to resolve the dispute through alternative dispute resolution procedures, such as mediation or arbitration, as alternatives to litigation.
