Earning Tokens and Payments
Tokens are represented as a payment for technical support or advice and are quoted in Australian dollars. Token dollar values and the number of Tokens used for support may change from time to time. Any changes to our Tokens will be posted on the website. Fees may change temporarily for promotional events or new services and these changes become effective once the promotional event or new service is announced. By paying for Tokens fees you are deemed to have read and accepted all of these terms. Token payments are non-refundable.

Tokens are earned by users for providing remedies or advice to other users via support tickets. Once satisfactory resolved the user accepts the Token payment to complete the support ticket transaction. The user is responsible for weather they accept to pay the Token payment. It is solely at the user's discretion if Token payments are given or accepted.

Where Direct I.T Services engages in dispute resolution for Token payments issues that may arise our decision is final and both parties must accept any outcomes we decide.

Payment awarded to users are calculated within the users account and paid to the users PayPal account on the 1st day of the calendar month. Any fee's relating to PayPal are the responsibility of the user and their agreement with PayPal website address

Users are responsible for ensuring the information given to us is up to date and correct. Direct I.T Services is to responsible for faults in information provided to Direct I.T Services.

By using the service, you agree to the collection, transfer, storage and use of your personal information by Direct I.T Services on servers located in the USA as described in our Privacy Policy at You also agree to receive marketing communications from us unless you tell us otherwise. These terms shall be governed in all respects by the laws of Victoria, Australia. All involved parties are to irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.

Resolution of disputes
